I just want to lose 3 to 5 pounds. Everytime I want to lose it something always comes up. So now all I have is 4 days, please help me with just losing 3 to 5 pounds, in 4 days.

run a mile every one of those four days but I must give you some advice for if you live in a hot place like me. Take a cold shower right after.

There is a recipe i got out of a new book i bought called "french women dont get fat" and she says to eat this over the weekend its called "magical leek soup"

you buy two lbs of leeks, cut the white part off leaving the greens, boil them in water for a few hours, drain the broth, and drink the broth every three hours and you can have some of the leeks themselves, you can sprinkle some salt and pepper on them for taste, only eat this over the weekend, it will do the trick!

well i am not sure but maybe some running and eating heathly foods such as milk and salads.also you should maybe go to a gym and go on the running machine and try to loose weight but don't starve yourself just lose weight and don't work yourself to much just take it nice and easy!I am happy if i helped you!

Don't eat any solid food. Just have water & broth.
