I suppose it depends on the state, but normally you don't need a license to purchase and be the titled owner of a car.

However, the registry of motor vehicles for your state may require you to have a license in order to actually register the car and get plates, or might require you to purchase insurance for the car, in which the insurance company might require you to have a license.

Hope this helps!

It actually depends on what state you live in. In some states CA for examp,ke you must have insurance and to get insurance you must have a drivers license number. So you should check what state you live in and see if you are required to have insurance. IF you dont have to have insurance then i believe that you could buy a used car.I do not think that you will be able to buy a new car because the dealer will probably not sell to you.

The easiest solution to the problem is to get a license, if you are underage or not a citizen then i would suggest a used car...

Nope. All you need is the money.

You can't drive your car on a public road if you're not licensed.

You probably won't be able to get financing without a license.

Good luck with your lawn ornament.
