My bf told me he would call me every week this summer while he was out of town. He called once and summer is almost over! I really like him and he seemed to really like me! Should I end out relationship?

I'm guessing that by summer, you mean roughly May? So, that one phone call in 2 months. Even if we go by the summer solstice, that's only one phone call in a month.
Relationships have more communication than that.
Now, if there is a really compelling reason for him not calling you, such as severe financial problems or being shipped off to the jungles of a foreign country, then once in a summer may actually be a lucky thing.
I'm assuming you're in a monogamous relationship. So, if you're not seeing other men because of your relationship and your relationship isn't strong enough to warrant some phone calls, then you're really just being alone. You should spend some time meeting other people. And, as painful as it may be to consider, he might not be calling that often because he's meeting other people.
Give him a chance. Tell him how you feel and how you want to talk more with him and how you hope he wants to talk more with you. If he stops showing an interest in talking with you, then it's definitely time to end the relationship and find someone you can talk with.

I would be totally pissed off if I was told I'd get a call every week none have come I wouldn't be a happy camper. There are cell phones,prepaid phone cards to list a few ways that would permit him to contact you. Do you think he really likes you so much he totally forgets about you and isn't thinking enough of you to even call but one time. Did he leave a way to get in touch with him ? Cell? E-mail? Postal address ? There's your clues and answers. I sure wouldn't be waiting around for him to call, I'd be out and about as I'm sure it's what he is doing!

I hate to tell you this, but it's not a good sign that he hasn't called you. He may come up with an excuse, but there's really no excuse. How hard is it to pick up a phone? And if he's as crazy about you as he SHOULD be, he'd find a way.

I think he's already done that for you. You don't have forever, move on. Do you think for one second he is thinking about if you are happy or not? If he was, he would be calling you. Enjoy YOUR summer like he is enjoying his!

First call him and see what's up if he doesn't have a good reason for not calling you dump his ***, and find someone who will keep his word.
