maybe it's exzema, you should see a dermatologist sounds like your may be perspiring in the folds of your skin causing you to break out...I dunno go see a doc!

Go to a dermatologist... Could be nothing, could be an alergy to metal or it could be (gulp) Scabies! The norwedgian crusted kind can be particularly gross and hard to get rid of!
