you switched between "she" and "he" a lot...
Your brother/sister might have an actual anxiety disorder and you need to let your parents know what is going on. When I was nervous for soccer I had to use the restroom a lot too. It should never get to the point where he can't control his bowel though...thats a real problem.
Tell him/her not to be afraid to go to the restroom. Even if the teacher says no bathroom breaks, if you gotta go then you gotta go!! Same thing with the coach. Tell him/her to just walk out!! They can't stop you from using the restroom.

I would recommend to go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effect on the self-healing capacity of the body and soul is amazing - own experience! :-)
It's really worth a try, and even a far journey, as the treatment is available in California and Europe only.
Good luck!

Sounds as if he has "Social Anxiety." He gets nervous in certain social situations. Your brother needs to see a doctor, plain and simple. There's a ton of help out here. Finding the right help begins with seeing the family doctor. I wish you guys the best. Good luck. :)

He should be checked out.. there are too many things that could bring this about.. nerves being only one of them. There are over the counter remedies for this problem.. may want to try them also. But the actual problem needs to be determined.

He really needs to see a doctor to get his problem diagnosed. It could be anything from social anxiety to Agoraphobia (fear of open spaces or of being in crowded, public places like markets. Fear of leaving a safe place).

Hi,
It sounds like your brother has a phobia which causes him to have a panic attack that causes his bowels to become lose.
He needs to see a psychologist/psychiatrist and also to see your usual doctor about the diahrrea.

it might be agorophobia, fear of open spaces. sit down with him and ask him what scares him so much about the outdoors. spend time working with him to overcome his fears by assuring him he's safe, and helping him work up courage, and debunking his fears of what will happen if he goes outside.
