'You' is not a correct awnser, since Y is a constanant in the word 'You'
FYI, Y is only a vowel when it makes a vowel sound, as in Happy or Sappy, where it sounds like an 'E'. If it make the 'Yuh' sound, as in Yahoo or You, it's a constanant.
