Public bathrooms are an unsanitary place. Many public places offer paper toilet covers for women to sit on. Many women choose to use those. Someone could be putting their health at risk by sitting on an unsanitary toilet.

yea...in a public restroom..i would rather not think about the person that was there before me...i take clorox wipes when i remember
