don't eat 3 hours before your bedtime. Get up to change the channel on the tv, park at the back of the parking lot, go up and down the stairs a few extra times. Find a 2000 calorie diabetic diet, follow it. Go for walks. Eat salsa (hot foods), the capsicum raises your metabolism. Avoid chicken skin, animal fat, processed sugar, fast foods and soda. If you eat out, only eat half of your dinner, save the rest for lunch tomorrow.
Make a few positive changes, and you will see results.
Eat less bad stuff at the wrong time, and get your butt moving.

If you are in a desperate situation do what i do:
1) Eat an apple for breakfast
2)Eat a salad with no oil for launch
3) Eat a salad with no oil and fish or low fat meat for dinner
4) Eat sugar-free chewing gums which reduce appetite
5) Drink diet coke which gives you a sense of sweetness and has less than 1 calorie
6) Go 20 min jogging every day
7) Go to the gym for 2 hours three times a week
8) When you feel hungry, sleep to forget you are.

I desperately want to lose 3kg. I am only 1.63m(5,4) high and i weight 49 whole kilos (108 pounds). I want to weight 100 pounds and I would even consider diet pills in order to achieve my aim!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter. An excellent free online resource is at http://www.exrx.net/

A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com

Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Email me if you want a good indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have other questions.

it's very simple. STOP EATING SO MUCH!!! My woman just had the gastric bypass surgury and went from size 22 to 6 in less than a year. Basically, all the gastric bypass surgury does is make it so it hurts when you eat too much. So she been eating very small amounts of food (oh yeah, NO SUGAR either)
she lost like 140 lbs, but it's all from just eating less, and stopping the sugar. And don't cheat, if you really want to get back to normal. It's on you...

Exercise regularly. People that run every day are in great shape...start little...maybe a mile day or something. To stay fit you'll have to end up running more than that everyday though. You probably will want to eat more, and that's okay. Don't starve yourself, and eat healthy.

Well for one dont stress yourself out about it :P

Two you need to find a diet that works for you!!

Remember to watch what you eat and excercise. Dont over do it though! DONT starve yourself or throw up after eating. That is very unhealthy.
And remember, love who you are no matter what you look like, :)

I know that kind of self-esteem is hard to get especially in this country of outter "Perfection", which to me there is no perfection. To me there is no external perfection unless you say it so.

Dont try so hard, take it slowly your not gonna get skinny in a week its a long process :)

Good Luck!!

You could do any number of things:

1) accept yourself and find someone who loves you for you

2) join a gym and take along a friend to keep you motivated

3) make a bet with someone that you can do it

4) have surgey

5) or keep eating

If you try too much and too fast, this will happen. Your body interprets such action as a potentially life threatening event and attempts to store more fat.

I know exactly how you feel. Be strong and stick to what your doing. I've read it takes up to two weeks on a new diet before you start to lose weight. If its been more than that then its time to switch plans.
