I am about 100 pounds overweight and am havnig a hard time to get pregnant. Does this mean I can never get pregnant? I am starting a program to lose weight, but to others who dont lose the weight, do they just not get pregnant? Is there such things has healthy pregnancies while being that overweight?

it doesn't mean you can't get pregnant, but its good to lose the weight. If you get pregnant now you can develop a high risk pregnancy with high blood pressure and diabetes.

It's harder to conceive if your menstrual cycle is irregular and sometimes obesity cause menstrual peoblems. Otherwise being overweight can affect you in labor and delivery because you are at a higher risk of complication.

I once knew a lady who had a baby, and you could not tell she was pregnant because she was so overweight.

Yes, there are. Talk to your doctor about Metformin and see if it will help you in more ways than one. Unfortunately, when you are overweight, your body produces too much estrogen, which causes you to gain more weight, which is a vicious cycle. You need help breaking that cycle. Best wishes to you.
