Difference is that you get constipated from too much white flour pastas' its the bleach used to turn flour white. Whole grain wheat and pastas use whole flour and there is a difference in that you body easily digests it.

Whole wheat has fiber, which would not show on the box. That's good for you, best for digetion. Also, they last longer in your stomach, so you're not hungry as soon as you'd be with white flour.
