what are the guidelines for down-sizing.
I need a step by step guide.
I understand and am educated on organizing and de-cluttering. This is extreme and I can not find anything on radical downsizing.

A really good book to read about voluntary simplicity is "Your Money or Your Life", available on Amazon or almost anywhere. You might also want to check if your library has The Tightwad Gazette.
