A lot of just about anything isn't really good for you, including ketchup, but there are some nutrients and vitamins in ketchup, the same as in a tomato including lycopene.

Ketchup has antioxidants that are very useful for the female's appeal.
(That is if you love long strong nails)

It is very good for you. Whatever you are putting it on isn't though. Salt and sugar are not bad for you unless if you are in ill health or take it to excess.

It can be either...
Everything in moderation? Too much would be bad...lots of sugar, etc...Some can be good...tomatoes, vinegar...
If you are diabetic I imagine it could be real bad, no matter how much you eat.
If you eat it as the condiment it is intended to be...enjoy!

It should be okay for you because it has alot of tomatoes in it. But I'm not sure how much sugar and salt are in it too.
