Let me clear all this up for you right now--darlin' you are simply having a hard time accepting yourself as you are---that's it--nothing more or less and without all this psycho mumbo jumbo
Now for the solution---calm the hell down---you are not who and what you are going to be forever at this stage of your life--your job-- your "homework" in this --is to think of what you want to be--and start writing notes about it----that's the first step---and you can do this at your own pace and in your own good time---but it HAS TO BE DONE---and you can play around with this-- dream a little and let yourself go ---- as you get alot of this stuff out of you and on paper---come back to it and read---there willl be certain things that will be there that are just outlandish and impossible---but there will be things there that you can get done for yourself with very little effort to bring you closer to the you that you want to be-----work with this and I guarantee you that you'll almost immediately start feeling better and then if you run into a snag and need to tap my avatar and e me up---I'll give you encouragement and an idea or two that should help you---now calm down and start----Peace to You Young One------

wow, reading what you have wrote made me feel like I was reading my own journal. I don't know exactly how YOU feel but From what you wrote i can really relate to your situation. It's like some days if there is nothing to do I will be like i am bored and I will try to find something to do, I am happy, I just want to be around everyone and talk to them. and than it is like everything just crumbles because i wake up the next day just so sad and i don't want to leave my house, i don't want to talk to anyone. I had clinical depression and I am seeing a psychologist who told me I have overcome it. he did say that the ups and downs I get will happen for a little while due to the feelings that I was experiencing on a daily basis and that is why they all seem so overwhelming now, because I can actually understand that I feel said since I have times now where I can feel happy. So really my question to you is did something tramatic happen to you when you started experienceing these feelings? you say it the past 5 years of you life.. maybe you had depression and don't really see that it is getting better because the inside pain stands out so much more now because you don't have it everyday anymore. You really need to keep searching to find out what started all of this, and until you know it will be hard to overcome. I really understand how you feel. and it is almost,on some level, comforting that someone else feels the way I do. maybe we can help eachother get through these tough times. if you would like to email me my address is ciao_baby19@hotmail.com. Good luck to you.

Wow, check out all these great people who are caring about you. Isn't that enough to warm your heart and make you feel better? Just goes to show you what a little love can do.
The best way to get more of that love is to give some of it away yourself. Volunteer, compliment someone, help your neighbor somehow, tithe, smile and say hello to the elderly and the handicapped, write a thank you note to someone. There is much you can do to send love.
And then, the universe will say to you....thank you for what you have done, now what can I do for you?

You have alot of the same symptoms that I had about a year ago. after the meds didnt work, I tried natural progesterone cream. My hormones were way out of balance and I have noticed a HUGE diffrence since taking the progesterone cream. you can find it in health food stores or online.
Alot of symptoms of depression actually mimic hormone imbalance. It's worth looking into. by the way, you DON"T need a perscription for progesterone cream!

This sounds almost like bipolar disorder.
When you've seen doctors, have you mentioned those periods of happiness? That's important, because intermittant periods of great happiness may indicate bipolar disorder, rather than clinical depression. It's treated differently from depression, and has different causes.

This is just a phase. Trust me. You just have to find yourself and it's everyone's own personal journey. No one else can do it for you. And no one else can tell you how to do it. Just remember the story of "The Little Train That Could". It's perfectly OK!

have the Dr's. done any tests on you to see if you
have a chemical in balance ? I hope you don't, but
you sound like my sister in law & that's what she has.
The Drs. were able to help her via medicine.
Don't give up & keep asking the Dr. to help that's what
they are there for.
