Ever since I had my children, my feet have become really wide. I can't wear regular shoes and have to search everywhere for wide width. I am not worried about the length, but if I could get them back to normal width it would be great. Any suggestions?

if you've put on weight as well that could be the culprit. i went from a size 91/2-10 to an 81/2-9 when i lost 20 lbs. the more weight you have on your feet, the more they get "squished" out flat and become wider.

Always wear a small size shoe and continue wearing in a year and you will find tht your feet have shrink. Try it out and wear the shoes most time of the day

I am sorry I don't know becuase I have really tiny feet because right now my shoe size is 1 1/2 but I am not an adult so don't be amazed. My brother said you should paint your toenails cricket green but don't believe him.
