email them and state that you received your package and have left feedback for them. ususally that'll bring it to their attention and leave you feedback as well. others are just ***** and don't like or always forget to do it.

Usually the sellers will refuse to give buyers any feedback until the buyer gives feedback first. That way, if the buyer gives bad feedback to the seller, the seller can turn around and use the feedback as a weapon against the buyer. It is totally dishonest and mean, but that is how the sellers are.

They are withholding it. Until you don't leave it for them, the seller won't leave it. This is a bad practice, Sellers claim is the way they can protect themselves from unwarranted negatives or neutral feedback., i say bullsh*t!, by holding feedback for the buyers they can abuse their power and ship whenever they please, send you a broken or totally misrepresented item and you cannot give your honest opinion about the transaction. Because if you do {by leaving a negative or neutral} they will hit you with the same, even if you pay within second of the EOA.

Sometimes the power sellers overlook it. If you follow all instructions correctly you can ask them to leave you positive feedback and they normally would. Its only right.
