I agree, because decorator colors change so quickly. I'd get a good set of furniture in something neutral. Ikea has a line of furniture (dresser, bed etc.) in a new dark chocolate brown stain that's nice. You could paint your walls teal- or get teal bedding. the most expensive items you keep neutral- like furniture and flooring. The cheapest items get the most color- like pillows, so in case you get sick of teal, you could change it to something else that would still go with your chocolate brown furniture.

I agree with the one above me. It is sometimes too expensive to buy a specific color like that. I am thinking maybe a store like Ethan Allen's or something of that nature would be one of your best bet, but, seriously, to save time and money, get the bed set that you really like at a furniture store that is all unfinished furniture.
Then, go to your local paint store provider (Loews's, Home Deport, even Wal-Mart) and get furniture paint in the color of chocolate brown. (you will not have trouble finding chocolate color sheets or bedspreads or even curtains in that color-they sell them just about everywhere.) Then, paint your furniture. You'd be surprised just how simple and easy and cheap it will all come to. (cheap as in price-not the outcome.) You can take the rest of that money you were going to use to buy a whole new expensive set and pay gas with it! LOL
Good Luck.

Are we talking furniture or bedding? For bedding, try Restoration Hardware.
