you probably are over reacting in the first place. I dont know what zoloft tatses like, but kitty had to chew it to eat it and most medications are absolutely HORRIBLE tasting if you remove the coating. Go ahead.. break one in half and have a taste or just try chewing it. if kitty only got a taste i am sure its fine. On the other hand if you are SURE he ate it.. you can call 911 for the number to animal poison control.. or if you are in the states call 1-800-950-4783 and follow the prompts for an emergency.. there is a vet on call there but someone wil lbe able to help ya.

It's odd for a cat to eat pills, but take it to the vet.
Yahoo Answers is not the best place for medical advice.

how long ago maybe if it wasnt too long ago you could try to make it puke it up w/ a liitttttlleee little tickle in the back of its throat hold mouth open , too weird? maybe you should try to flush it out of em with lots of liquids like squeeze the juice [water, not oil]from tuna cans, mix water and milk and warm it up, a tiny more milk than water,WARM AND STIR WELLLLLLL, or they have cat sip in pet food aisle at grocery store [cat milk]try to get it to drink as much as possible my cats love to drink all these
