i am with my boyfriend for over a year.. i constantly see his sisters when i come over his house.. but he never introduces me.. i do not know why he says his family isnt like that... 3 months passed and he still never introduces me.. so i introduced myself... but when i do.. they dont seem like they care or they are interested.. i tell them.. that i wanan meet them because i dont wanna sound rude everytime i come to the house.. but i feel like .. im not really wanted.. why dont they go like..oh heyy.. when have you guys met.. like they just go hi i am ...blah.. that is it.. i want the connection .. there like 5 years older than me..is that a problem?

They probably dont really care, to be honest. Next time learn to trust and belive the guy the next time he says something about his family because he probably has a good reason. They are probably not as close and as out there as any regular family, just realize that every family is different and dont have the same customs as evryone else.

then it's an age thing
if you is a bit older, then the family is wierdo, do you want to marry into a family like that
my sister married a bloke and when I go to visit her I can't even get in the house til she comes to see what the commotion is and then she lets me in

Maybe they have a problem with your boyfriend. Sometimes siblings are like that. Maybe they don't want him to have a girlfriend. I'm sure eventually they will get over it. I honestly would probably just continue to keep your distance. Obviously it is their issue and not yours. If they want to talk to you in the future make them come to you.

not to be rude but i would think he just has other girls going over there too and they don't wanna meet them all. or maybe the family are all just really mean.

Perhaps your man is a player, and they're so used to new women comin' in that they've lost interest. ::shrugs:: Just an idea. Perhaps strike up a conversation and ASK them. "Oh yeah, and btw, do you hate me, or what??"

they could be like my boyfriend's sister, she got pissed at me for no reason.
but if they aren't saying anything, then they probably judged a book by it's cover or something. just be nice to them and smile, say hello and stuff and they should lighten up.

head for the hillls hon....you don't wanna be around a family as distant as they are.....they just go hi or blah......there is a good reason for that and the problem is with your boyfriend and not his sister....trust me...

maybe they think that ur relationship wont last.....maybe they think your "just" a girl, no future will happen.......or they really just dont care
