Yes, I am over 24, heck...I am 35 and I have kids..why do you say it's so easy to get financial aid?

It is easy for some people to get federal grants...poor people. If you make enough money to get by on, then you goota do a loan...or apply for scholarships. Financial aid is just another type of welfare program in my eyes. People who need it, and are serious about their education, won't get it.

Whoa...Financial aid sucks....I've never gotten enough for school because my father made too much. Of course the state didn't take the other 9 siblings after me into account....that would mean they'd have to look at everyone case-by-case.
Yeah, I had to work full time through my undergrad. its hard, but it can be done. probably worth it in the end though (less to pay back). Good luck!
