Jesus (if he actually existed as the man as opposed to a myth) died over 2000 years ago. Perhaps there is an essence of Jesus that could possibly love me...but that is very unlikely. More likely, Jesus was a composite of myth and parable. And if he was a man, he died. And moved on.

To be honest with you, I don't think I'll be able to comprehend that until the day I see him face-to-face. I can comprehend that he loves me more than anyone else could, and his love is so great, and he sacrificed his life for us on the cross, and rose on the third day. He didn't suffer just death, but a VERY PAINFUL death for us. One beyond comprehension.

In the Bible it says that Jesus died as the sacrifice for our sins. Judging from that, I would say that anyone who is willing to die such a death for me loves me a whole lot.
In one sentance, Jesus' love for me surpasses that of anyone else's.

jesus loves everyone no mater who they are or what they beleive what they have done he loves us so much he died for us if he did not do that no one would be forgivein and no one would go up to heven when they die
