Heavy fines .. and I mean HEAVY fines ... but in all fairness, our bureaucracy is very slow at giving help to those people who genuinely try and figure out who is illegal and who isn't ... it shouldn't be that difficult to create a tool for anybody who has access to a computer to check and verify the name and address belonging to a specific SSN ... and how many times and where the SSN has been used ...

They are criminals because they are breaking the law, they hire undocumented, pay under minimum wage, of course they should go through the legal process and be punished. This is one of the factors that helps illegas in the country, instead of attacking illegals straight on, why not attack the things that give them support.

The law already says a fine of $10,000 dollars to employers to hire illegals. It is not being enforced.
Our government is allowing this to happen. We have been sold out.

Illegals are consuming more in services and sending over half heir income to Mexico. The monsy they "save us" is lost in other ways, es[ecially to those of us that pay large amounts of taxes

I say a fine of $100,000 PER illegal should suffice. And the money should be distributed back to us legal taxpayers.

give them a heavy fine or throw em in jail. in order for businesses to keep going without their previous lawbreaking bosses, the government should elect a new business owner for each business that has lost their boss.

Employers who knowingly ( and let's face it, MOST employers KNOW) hire ILLEGALS,should be ARRESTED, FINED,and made to stand on a BUSY street corner, with a HUGE sign around his/her neck saying "I HIRE ILLEGALS, AND AM PART OF THE REASON YOU'RE TAXES ARE ASTONOMICAL, AND YOU CAN'T AFFORD MEDICAL SERVICES FOR YOUR FAMILY"!!!
