hmm...i'd say no on that one. b/c either way it's all fat and calories filling up your arteries. go for a protein shake or slim fast shake...calories in that are next to nothin and it's got all your vitamins...plus they taste good! chocolate, cappachino and more! :)
otherwise go for better snacks. such as a substitute for doritos is tortilla chips...some are flavored (like ranch) so that it's basically the same thing with half the calories.

If you want to get sick. Junk food is junk food - empty calories, very little nutritional value. You might find yourself getting depressed, easily aggravated, getting sick more often because your body doesn't have the vitamins and minerals that it needs.
Also, junk food has a lot more calories for less food than healthy food does. So, if you ate healthily, you could eat a lot more food for 1300 calories per day.
