Grover Cleveland held office during 2 nonconsecutive terms. He was our 22nd and 24th president. Incidentally, his full name is Stephen Grover Cleveland

because one held the office twice but not consecutively... i think it was grover cleveland but i'm not 100%

The premise of non-consecutive terms is correct, but I don't think it was Cleveland, I think it was Roosevelt.
