You need to go out more. Do you have a good group of friends that can take you out somewhere? If you are 18 and up, you could go to some of your local bars/clubs. You don't have to go to any type of meat market club, but maybe a bar that is considered "trendy". If you are underage, then you might want to find out where people your age are hanging out. If you get the chance to go to parties, then you should definitely go. You don't have to be very outgoing, but you do need to make yourself noticeable. Have your friends help you be more "out there". If you friend's have boyfriends, get your friends to have their boyfriend's friends to hang out with you guys. It is often easier to meet boys through other friends and their friends...and so on.
