HAIR SPLIT ENDS
This happens when the hair is exposed to extreme temperatures, not enough oil and lack of nourishment.
Tips 1:
Trim the ends regularly.
Tips 2:
Try not to use hair dryers and hot rollers very often.
Tips 3:
Mix 1 tspn of Castor oil and 1 tspn of Honey together.Apply well to the ends of hair and wash after ½ an hour.
Tips 4:
Take 1tspn of Castor oil, 1 tspn of Mustard oil, and 1 tspn of Olive oil. Mix well and apply on full length of hair, while massaging the scalp also. Cover the head with a hot towel.
Tips 5:
Take 1 tblspn of Almond oil with 1 egg yolk and1 tspn of Honey. Apply well on scalp and hair. Wash after ½ an hour.

Use a better conditioner everytime you wash your hair. Try a leave in conditioner. Don't wash it as often (to leave the natural oils in). Get a trim so the split ends don't just continue up the strand of hair.
Also, make sure you are getting the nutrients you need in your diet. A multivitamin may help improve the health of your hair as well as your health in general.

Trim it up, but after that if at all possible only comb when it's wet. I always wash my hair at night and let it air dry. Then I style it in the morning. I can go months without split ends.

Hair doesn't heal and can't be repaired. The only way to deal with split ends is to trim them. If you trim your hair often, you won't get split ends.

try getting your ends cut regularly and the straightening is probably whats causing the split ends. try some new hair styles that require less heat, like curls. buy a pack of rollers and...voila

You get rid of split ends by gettin ur ends cut and use a shampoo of ur choice(pantene prov or mane&tail) to help maintain ur damage ends. You can also use a hot oil treatment that contains aloevera
