You could come up with a really unique name like "Tuxedo". It would be really neat because a tuxedo is mostly black with white on the chest and the white paws could be the "hands".
You'll have a very uniquely named cat that not many people would think of.

My black and white cat is Oreo because her tummy looks like an Oreo. If all the feet are white name it socks! If its a boy name it Tux for a tuxedo I have another cat named that that looks like he is wearing a tux.
