Do you wear glasses? Do you need glasses? Do you smoke? Do you get enough hours sleep? Do you excercise?

Ok.. Glasses can make your eyes lazy, and you get a bit of bad circulation around the eye sockets..

If your vision is poor, get your eyes tested. Straining to focus can give you tired dark eyes.

Smoking - Bad Blood Circulation. SO.. Do not smoke.

Sleep - get off the internet late at night. Get 8 hours sleep at least 4 nights per week. Lie in for an extra hour on weekends. REST

Excercise - Bad Blood Circulation.. get your blood pumping, jog, run, walk, cycle, swim.

You can get creams to put on, but if its any of the above, and only you can associate them with how you live.. creams don't make them go away. A make up concealer will, if you want to brighten them for going out. Yves Saint Laurant, Touche eclait is excellent. I know..its make up, but nobody will know you are wearing it, unless you tell them!

Does the rest of your family have them? It could be inherited. Do you get enough sleep? That causes the circle to darken. Have you always had them? Do you feel tired even if you've had enough sleep? If so maybe see a doctor and make sure there is nothing physically wrong.
You may also just be focusing on something that nobody else really notices, for some of us it's our noses or bodies etc. Not many people are happy with everything about themselves. If you are a good, kind person the circles won't matter.

1) Sleep More

2) Protect the area from light, as much as possible -- the skin below the eyes is the thinnest on the body -- the blood vessels are closer, there, than anywhere else -- they are more prone to damage and injury. Wear sunglasses that are tinted, when you're out and about.

3) Use cucumber -- it's amazing what cucumber will do.

4) Try preparation H (or other topical hemmorhoidal creams) they cause vasoconstriction to the local area -- it may help.

That is interesting as I get dark circles. It seems to be not enough sleep which causes it or possible food intolerance. I read in a magazine where a doctor and a nutritionist both advised that dark circles were a sign of food intolerance.

Most of the other answers are good . Getting enough rest, eating properly and Believe it or not drinking lots of water can help. Exercise and fresh air are helpful to however, You should see a doctor for a check up , may be low haemoglobin or even an allergy.

I'm a girl with that problem, luckily I can wear make up to cover it up a little. I used to have people ask me if I got punched in my eyes all the time, made me really mad.

Dark circles in this article desribe it as heredity, lack of sleep, nutrition, allergies. Mine are due to my sinus/allergy problems because they are horrible and I've also noticed that when I have problems they get darker.

Tan. darkish lower than eye circles are literally not continuously brought about by lack of sleep, some human beings, like me, in simple terms have them. you quite shouldn't problem about it considering your a dude. until eventually it appears like you get carry of punched..that should be diverse.
