when a beef buger says it is 100% beef it just means that there are no other things included like preservative etc. However this will not be 100% beef content as there are still other things added. The closer the meat contents where you read on ingredients to 100% the better the meat quality. Unless you go to a butchers and make them yourself then you never really know what is in your food. The 100% usually means that it is not processed food like for example mcdonald's use to sell processed chicken nuggets before all the healthy eating and new guide lines now they sell 100% chicken nuggets. You never know until you have tried it, if its 100% the quality is good therefore its got a better taste to it.

It means that all the beef contained in the burgers is 100% beef. There may be other stuff in them too, that is not a beef product, just that what is, is pure beef. Misleading.

Basicly what they are saying is that everything that is in that burger has come from a cow, but beware its not unusual to have mashed up lips, nostrils, eyes, etc in there to! its all from a cow so yes it's 100%, take the onions out of burgers and they would be pretty tasteless! burger meet is not prime cuts from the cow, it's basicly whats left after the best has gone!
