The same way you are telling us! You are her sister not her best friend. If you are close with her and have a good relationship with her there shouldn't be a reason why you are asking the question. Put yourself in her shoes and think about it... Wouldn't you want to know? Especially be told by your own sister.

your sister won't listen. All sisters get notions that you are jealous or you like the guy. If not with the ears, I say with the eyes or the mouth, meaning find a way to secretly show her or secretly have her walk in a conversation that she thinks she finds out on her own. (Get help and info from her best friend(s) )

Just be honest with your sister and tell her the truth to limit her heartache if she decides to date such a guy.
Now this is only important if the guy is showing your sister that he likes her.
Now if he likes her best friend and not her, I don't see what the problem is only that your sister can't get the guy she likes because his eyes is on her best friend. (that's life)
Now if your sister is dating the guy and he's being disrespectful
trying to get with her best friend that's a problem and being honest with your sister can be a first step in solving it.

be honest sit her down and tell her what you know if she calls you a liar or gets angry then just let it go and let her learn for herself he will eventually slip up he has to he let you find out didnt he... I mean the best thing to do is not get upset with her and be there to support her.
