I would like to put blue streaks in my hair, but I am not allowed to do anything permanent. Maybe 15 washes out? Does anyone have any ideas?

If you can't do a permanent the best you're going to get is a slightly darker tint to your hair. Unfortunately if you want real blue, you'll HAVE to bleach the strands first and then do the color over the bleach. Otherwise it won't show up. I don't care what the haircolor boxes day, semi permanants do NOT change your hair color, they simply coat the hair strand rather than chemically changing the color.

hi :) i'm very experienced contained in the full 'loopy colour' hair. i respect purple, because it continues to be in and looks sharp. Blue is a difficulty because it does lose its colour in some washes and turns an gruesome sea foam eco-friendly. you are able to also evaluate purple:)
