I have Multiple Sclerosis and fibromyalgia. Vitamin B-12 injections have been helpful for me in the past. It is one of the more natural ways to approach the pain and energy level. Keep looking...the idea is to not give up the fight for relief.

I don't know if it helps with fibromyalgia, but I got them years ago when I was going thru a lot of breathing problems and I had absolutely no energy...They did seem to help me. I got them once a month.

YES, THEY WILL HELP SOMEWHAT, BUT YOU MUST STAY ON A REGULAR BASIS WITH THE INJECTIONS. THE B VITAMINS/PILLS/ BY MOUTH FORMS DO NOT WORK. THEY ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
