im gonna apply studyin in college , can anybody tell me wat is " food n beverage" study about?

Food and Beverages usually deals with the food and drink department of a hotel like the restaurant and the bar.Food is to do with all the food items, while beverage goes for all drinks other than water. The study of food and beverages entails being accomplished at planning the items on the menu card and getting them executed.The post is usually called the food and beverages manager.

The Food and Beverage Management Department offers a Culinary Arts Management degree and also provides hotel management majors with a basic background in food and beverage operations, which is fundamental to all aspects of the hospitality industry. The department offers an array of food and beverage courses. It also offers a major in Beverage Management. Course instruction includes hands-on laboratory experience and extensive interaction with the food and beverage industry as well as traditional classroom lectures and demonstrations.

yes. Food and beverage encompasses everything from being a chef, to managing a restaurant, to running a hotel restaurant, or a deli, or catering business. It is all things managing the food industry. Food and drink! So you'll probably study about food hygiene as well Should you learn how to make a real margheritta then let me know! I love them if i can't make them!!! In fact phone your College and ask them if it's in the curriculum. If not ... Fancy trying out another College! Dam! i could do with a margheritta right now!!!!!

I dunno but your pretty cute....wait....are you 18? food and beverage probably isnt a class you want to take unless your majoring as some type of chef or nutritionist, in your first two years you shouldnt be looking to fill elective classes you should get your general education classes done first, english, math, sociology, anthropology, biology, chemistry...just figure out what you want to do and go see/call a couselor and theyll make you an ED plan, probably without food and beverage class. or if your over 18 just give me your number and we can discuss carrots and such more privately....

"Food and beverage" refers to something to eat and drink. With respect to college/university studies, it refers to what is known as the restaurant business or hospitality industry.

I would imagine it's about mainly food, as in the stuff people eat and beverages as in the stuff people drink. Hope this helps ya
