A rare disease is gradually causing me to become female and everyone thinks I am doing it on purpose.
But I ENJOYED being a tough guy!
I tried testosterone, etc, but nothing works. The doctors are stumped!

This rare disease story does sound rather suspicious. I used to wish something like that would happen to me, so I'd expect to have seen something about it. Please, tell us what this rare disease is.
In today's society, people tend to feel that there is room for only two sexes, male, and female, with nothing in between. This is not actually true. There are a lot of people born with a little bit of each, or even a lot of each, or undergo some sort of change (usually from female to partly male)
You might see about what you can do to make yourself out to be closer to one sex than the other. People tend to pay more attention to body movement, mannerism, and dress than actual organs... unless there's no clothing at all to cover them up.
I knew a lady who decided she wanted to be a man. She shaved her head, stopped wearing makeup, gained a few pounds, and now walks right into the boy's room and takes a stall to do her business without anyone questioning her. Women tend to be a little more discerning, simply because there are statistically more men who want to be women (or just see women) than women who want to be men.
Apparently though, if you are getting attention, this is no longer something you can hide. Probably it is time to just "make the change" and learn to be a woman. That's what's in the cards, and I'd imagine anyone in your situation knows that there are operations to change a woman into a man now, but you probably cannot afford them yet. It's sure to be a rough transition, with a lot to learn about, but if you don't want to do the surgery, then this is your only real option here. Hopefully, you have a few lady friends who can help you out. There's a lot to learn.
That said, the only other real problem is friends and family. Certainly, a lot of them will have trouble understanding, and may never accept the truth. You're going to loose a lot of them for quite a while, but there's nothing they or you can do about it, so maybe some day they'll come around to the new you.
It is an interesting change, and sure to be a showstopper. Medical experts could write all sorts of paper about it, and maybe this can earn you some money. Since there's no stopping it, you might as well learn to enjoy the ride, and make the most out of it.

Have them check for a brain tumor. I heard about this guy once who had the same thing happen - all of a sudden his body started flipping out, he was growing breasts and getting all these other female characteristics. Turned out he had a brain tumor that was growing, and as it grew, it started pressing up on his pituitary gland, causing it to behave abnormally and secrete all kinds of hormones it wasn't supposed to. I know that would suck if you had it, but at least you would know.

Thats really strange. I'm sorry. If it makes you feel any better I have a very rare eye disease that causes blind spots

You didn't do anything to deserve it. Bad things happen to good (and bad) people. Our life experience are meant to make us stronger. God promises not to give us more than we can handle, although sometimes I think he's got more faith in us than we do in ourselves. I hope you and your doctor can find a cure.
