Have you ever had a spiritual experience that you felt in your physical essence?

Yes, I have often felt, just upon waking early in the morning, say around 4 or 5 am, a tingling sensation throughout my entire body, as if my body is being invaded. I used to be terrified when it happened, until I read about astral travel. I believe that this was my soul, reentering my physical body after astral travel. Apparently, it happens when we wake suddenly, from a deep sleep.

For the first time since actually finding out what it was, I actually experienced it again this morning, totally without fear. It was amazing! I didn't see anything, just felt this numbness/vibration over my entire physical being. I hope to experience it again.

Twice I had just a moment, a second, where I did not feel the burden of sin that this world has, but complete freedom from it and just God's amazing glory.
I think God may have done it as an encouragement, because I would certainly want to have that life after this one - I think this life and it's pain and trials would be just a distant memory that his glory and peace would overwhelm.
God has joy for us in heaven that we cannot even imagine if we have faith in him.
