Ice might help the discomfort or an over the counter pain med ....advil, tylenol. Next time you get a shot try working the muscle afteryou get the shot periodically throughout the day so it doesnt stiffen up too bad. That worked for me from a tetnus shot in the arm....i stretched it and swung it around i looked like an as* but it worked great.

You didn't say what the shots were . Some can cause a local immune reaction with reddening and soreness ,others are injected deep into muscle and can cause aching and stiffness for a day or two . A little aspirin and a heating pad and you should be right by tomorrow

Keep rubbing the spot where you got the shot and move it around as much as possible. Thats what they always tell me at the doctor. And take some Tylenol.

Tylenol and a cool compress might help. If you think you are having an allergic reaction, call for medical advice....
