The word "faith" seems to link alot of gray spots in religion. Say a baby survived a nuclear war and grew up on its own. He/She lived here on its own. In the nuclear war the bible, churches everything having to do with religion was destroyed. Do you think she would worship the same God people do today or start worshiping the sun or the moon? Maybe worshiping will never come into play. Without knowledge of other people I would have never heard of religion.

i believe, just like before jesus came, and the prophets before him came and told everyone about him, that he would come.. it would be the same... or maybe a little different... but the child would know one way or another... And if it doesn't know, the child cannot be a sinner because he never knew about the christian religion... but in the same light... if allah came and presented himself to the child and the child worshipped, then he would get to go where ever it is they believe.... I think religion is a very touchy subject, but i believe if someone dedicates their life and truly believes whatever religion they are,.... and lives the life their religion teaches... then they will also reap the benifits...

just my opinion...

Have you been tricked into thinking you know whats really going on, silly human??? And as far as the girl....she would have a pure sense of any kind of spirituality or personal religion, (yes ...free from the ruinous absurdity of people in these matters...uncrapped on by people as it were)- Worshipping need not be an issue...that's a B.S. church word...without knowledge of other people...you would have alot more time to put your theories into some kind of cohesive argument.

Now that I have Jesus...I don't fear death...and Toya is right,
2 Timothy 1:7 "I have not given you a spirit of fear..."

Our spirit cries out for our Lord...even when we don't know him. We will always feel that "void" in our hearts without him. That's why people that don't know God/Jesus always ask, why am I here, what's the point to all of this and is this it?

God seeks and pursues us for relationship with him. In Genesis it says that God walked with Adam, they got to hang out in the Garden...How cool would that be to just "hang out" with God and talk? Oh wait, we get to do that too...

If there were one person left on earth after total destruction...he would still seek them out for relationship.

Religion is man's way of trying to reach God.

Relationship is God's way of reaching us, through Jesus Christ.
