i have a new gf, we have been dating about two weeks, i understand that she wants to give it some time before i start doing things to her but does that mean that she cant do things to me sexually

She is probably scared and wants to make sure that you likeher before she starts fooling aorund with you. Take it slow it will benifit you in the long run. I think that she just wants to make sure you are going to be arounf for a while so wait until shes ready and then I am sure she'll fullfill all your pleasures.
