what does it mean when a guy says a girl is too needy?never had a bf so tell me what to do to not be needy

It means she requires all the guy's attention all the time and she is helpless and needs her guy to do everything, thats what it means to me.Good luck.

Needy = desperate to have a boyfriend.
If you don't want to come over as "needy" then act as if you don't care about him, or his feelings, or if he breathes...then he'll ask you why you're such a b*tch.
So, what men want, is a best friend with benefits, that doesn't drag them down...TOO much.
It's a balancing act.
So the best thing to do, really
is just be yourself. Someday, the RIGHT guy just for YOU will accept the person you are without trying to change yourself.

Means the guy is not ready for a relationship.
If a woman is making too many demands, a guy should specifically state which demands are unreasonable and try to compromise to meet as many as possible.
"Too needy" means he is not willing to make a girl happy. Instead he should say "She is not for me", because I believe there is a perfect match for everyone.

Most girls ARE needy. They are not truly happy unless they are in a relationship. How many girls out there are actually HAPPY to be single????? Their only validation is that someone out there wants them............

It basically means that you want too much from him.
you want to be around him, and your practically thinking about marriage and kids. you want too much from him.
What you need to do is, give him the freedom
relax when your around him, don't try to give him all the reasons he should be with you. that's irritating and 'needy' and yes you think about your self. things you want to do with him and if he's able your not concerned. which is what you should be.
give him; SPACE.
be; RELAXED, and A FRIEND.
don't; OVERACT
most importantly, be your self (i hate hearing this one my self, but its true. just be your self).

most often it just mean that a woman is allways needing a guy to do something or everything for her. Guys really want a woman that can do things on her own and for herself.

It's not all about you.
He's a human being, too. He's got needs.
When was the last time you got him flowers? (Yeah, flowers)
When all you do is take (emotionally) and never give.

he means that you constantly cling on to him like some kind of life support system, that you call him all the time to sort of like "check" on him and you just can't go a minute without touching him and stuff, in other words, he's lying

I know you said guys only...but do you honestly think guys are going to tell us how they think? But most cases they see you as not being very independent or your too clingy to them.
