IE....booger hanging, tiolet paper hanging from shoe, slip showing...etc.

I tell people all the time. I am that kind of friend...to all people.
The other day at aqua aerobics I told a stranger her swim top clip was coming undone, that would have humiliated her beyond repair.
I saw a girl at school with her skirt tucked into her tights. She walked all the way across the quad. No one stopped her. I told her as soon as I saw.
I tell people if the have lipstick on their teeth etc.
But I always do it as "gently" as possible. They are already going to be embarrassed... I try to make them feel I am on their side.
Because I WOULD WANT TO KNOW. If something is wrong with me, for Pete's sake tell me. If you let me walk around, I will slap you! (not really) but you will get the glare of your life!

definitely.. within reason. I often let people know if they have a hanger, or toilet paper on their shoe, or something in their teeth, but usually only if they're talking to me or I have an opportunity. Some people don't take it too well and because of embarrassment have treated me like it's my fault :-(
but I would want someone to do that for me, you know? I hate it when I walk into the restroom, look into the mirror and there's something in my teeth, I mean you can't honestly expect me to believe that you couldn't see that monstrous piece of mint! Knew I shouldn't have had that Mojito.

YES, I would tell them.
I'm actually known for doing that. People actually apprecitate when others tell them. But you have to be nice about it and actually concerned. I would want someone to tell me. And No I would not laugh at that person, thats childish. Think about you're self in their position. How would u like to be laughed at?

Not the booger, but maybe the other things...I'd want someone to do that for me instead of me walking around the rest of the day like that. =)
