Avoid all those answers that have extensive cardio, circuit training, running... etc. Those will absolutely put you in great shape - but unless you are doing them with a trainer - you are most likely to stay the same size! You will burn calories and fat, but will also increasingly build muscle (which is clearly the opposite direction you are going for!) You want to be doing toning activities... pilates would be my best recommendation. Not only does it get you in great shape, but lengthens your WHOLE body (starting with problem areas first) - I also have a somewhat disproportional figure (small waist - bigger bottom half) and this absolutely worked for me!

There is no such thing as being able to spot reduce, the fat comes off were it wants to. In order to burn fat you need to take in less calories and exercise more. Cardio is the best at about 60-65% max heart rate. Muscle toning helps burn fat even when your body is at rest as well.

you do not desire rude, stupid, or propose comments yet you swear and function horrid grammar in an common put up? in case you put up it, then be mature sufficient to administration any solutions you get. in case you don't like them, then ignore them. ok, so that you're both 13 and had an ice wrestle. that is what standard childrens do on a warm day. Then he goofed round with you and it appears like you both loved being in each and every others organisation. acceptance isn't actual. it would not count in existence in any respect. in case you prefer to confer with human beings in yet another "crowd", you are able to do it. no you in all likelihood supplies you up you. So what if he's in that "crowd"? obviously it would not count to him if he's putting out with you...and also you do not experience like you're in that "crowd." he's 13...he's not relationship. relationship is in a large number of situations once you flow out and do issues, carry out, have a automobile or transportation, and are on my own with that man or woman. At 13, i'm guessing mum and dad are nevertheless preserving their childrens close. considering we do not recognize this guy and also you look to....confer with him. Ask him about the goofing off and hard-housing. Ask him to a movie or something or carry out and talk. that is no longer relationship. this is in simple terms putting out and talking to someone....and thank goodness you're literally not fascinated in sex. Please stay that way for awhile. Too many children are having sex...

You have to lose weight all over, to lose weight in your thighs-- that's like the LAST place it will come off. You can't spot-reduce, sorry..... just step away from the fast food and go for a walk.

any kind of cardio will work-jogging, bike, swimming, aerobics. also pair exercise with a healthy diet, and you'll get results reasonably fast. most people see results as fast as 6-weeks. most important thing is be patient. you don't put pounds on overnight, and you can't lose them that fast either.

ask your doctor and he'll agree: "You cannot spot reduce".
specific exercises will do nothing to reduce the area, in fact you might wind up building up more muscle tissue.

good luck
