I am ok with my current weight and size, but I just want to lose this little pulge. I don't want to do a bunch of running because then I will lose too much weight in the areas that I don't want to lose weight in. I am diabetic and I think the insulin shots contribute to this. I need something to offset this. :( What can I do?

Addtioanl question:
I thought sit-ups sort of made the stomach kind-of big... So you all are saying stomach exercises will totaly get my stomach flat and hard? (i know along with a lil exercising)

do more aerobic workouts other than running, stretching exercises for your core muscles, like incline sit ups, back extensions, knee pull ups ( go to a park and find some monkey bars hold on make sure your feet are off the ground and pull your knees up to you chest) for some examples, stand up straight(good posture)

i have the same tummy problem; I'm 25 have one child 4 and now the tummy weight is coming, didn't gain weight during or after pregnancy, I exercise and try to eat right, drink water, walk (drive a lot too), but when you do find out please email me so I can know,thanks!

do some sit ups or crunches...or check into one of those machines made especially for stomachs or use one of those wraps that trim the stomach and waist

Try Pilates. It strengthens the core muscles (abs, back, etc.) You can get tummy-specific pilates videos to help you out.

Best is waling and exercises and drink lot of water.

umm..... you have to do some kinda cardio or you wont running is the best thing for me but since you dont wanna run then i dont know what to tell you.. get 60 second abs??

tummy lol.....well all you gotta do is work out a lott..... you should join balley's total fitness....balley's the best... i go thre....in like 2 weeks i saw results my muscle got bigger lol.....i think you should go thre is cheap too. only 19 or 20 dollars a month!!!!

Rub some semen into your troublespot, twice a day.
In about a week you should see results.
