I am supper hungover! Do you think it would be bad if a customer walked in and found me sleeping on the floor?

Everyone is so serious! My head hurts too bad to be that serious! I wouldn't get fired for sleeping my boss doesn't care. He is supper cool! At my old location there was a room in the back and I would take the cordless phone back there and take a nap. The alarm system would make a noise anytime someone comes in. My boss knew I did that all the time cause I told him. He would just laugh. Bet you all wish you had my job.

I'm GLAD I don't have your job. If you have a "supper" hangover (is that from a bad meal or did you mean SUPER hangover?) because you must be unhappy to drink enough to get a hangover. And I LIKE to work, I FEEL good when I've done a good job at work, fell like crap when I mess up. I have a conscience, you don't.

You must get fired a lot. I would fire you if I ever found you sleeping on the job. Unless of course you are Union, if you're Union, you'll continue to sleep, drink, do what ever you want to do while "working". Therine lies the problem with Union labor.

If you can't hold your liquor don't drink to excess. Your employer is paying you to be alert, awake, and ready to respond to their customers in a professional manner. Sleeping on the job is disrespectful of your employer. If you do it and get caught then you should be terminated. The only exception to this would be if you are hungover because your boss held your mouth open and poured the booze down your throat against your will.

I am glad you have a boss you who tolerates your bad habits. Consequently, thanks for the 2 points, and for wasting my time with an obviously useless question.

When I worked at a Hotel I got caught by a customer napping behind the front desk (it was s Sunday morning and I had a little too much fun the night before) he just laughed at me. I never got in trouble for it.

YES
Once I walked into a store and saw the girl sleeping on floor. It was sooo annoying. It was saturday morning and the first thing I thought was: WOW she must have a terrible hangover!!!!
And she was the one on charge...ON A CHILDREN CLOTHES STORE.
Sleeping in work will make think to custumers that store is a very bad one and you will get fired for it. They pay you for working not for sleeping!

Well, it definitely wouldn't look good for you. It may put your job in jeopardy. However, if the customer doesn't SAY anything then you're good ;)

I'm out of it today too...it's Friday...just a few more hours!

It probably wouldn't be a good thing. If it's that bad, you should just go home. Next time don't drink so much when you know you have to be at work the next day.

uh yeah it would. take this advice - got it from someone else on yahoo answers a while back - cold shower, a shot of chili sauce and tequila, and an hour of exercise. you can skip the exercise part as i can see youre not up to it.

um well if you walked into Walgreens and there was some drunk-looking guy snoozing on the floor, would you want to go back to that store?

It would be bad for you because it is likely grounds for terminating your employment.
