If you are speaking of pre-marital sex - there are 6 billion people on the planet - people do it - you should get over that hang up.
It's a religious preference, just because someone is not a religious zealot, does not mean they are not religious or spiritual. People almost never adhere to all tenets of a religion, just the ones that suit them, or that, in some cases, ones that give them a feeling of moral superiority

Yes they absolutely can. If this comment is written by a middle eastern that hates the way of the Turks because they are liberal then you should first point the finger at yourself. Turks are liberal and they do have premarital sex. Arabs are not liberal and they have the highest rate of sex with little boys and animals. These are facts you can find on any statistical evidence.
The answer is yes if they choose to be muslim and practice their religion their own way it is their pregotive. By the way I am Italian and I just really like this beautiful country. Turks are not Arabs, they just share a religion with a completely different understanding of it.

so much silly answers to a silly question! If you call people having pre-marital sex non-muslim, you have to face with theese ones sayin that religions do change over time and having pre-marital sex is just a matter of everyday life.
First, u should know that only God decides on wheter to accept the faith of people. So you can not quit one's faith by questioning them. Next, on this topic, those who have pre-marital sex obvioulsy are the ones who are off the mark and they have to bear the return, or pray to be forgiven. ( for the Turkish girl: you have typical Turkish characteristics- u know nothin but acting as a wholy scholar- there are tones of you in all areas of your country) know that religions do NOT change over time. and please read!

west of turkey is great far better than the east of turkey thats why every year thousands of people from east turkey move to the western side
