Yes. Flamingos', especially pink ones are in high demand. One man paid a high price ($7000 or something big like that), for a pink flamingo on the most popular auction site on the web today, you know the one (hint :eBay). He owns a resort in one of the northern states (Wisconsin) and the name of it is Flamingo Inn, Pink Flamingo or Flamingo Cove. (Well ,whatever it is) and I thought the price was way out of order or that he just had too much extra money or he just had a weird thing going on for flamingos. That was until I found out that it was a 7-8 foot tall one.Good for the property and good advertisement. So, I think in order to increase your property value of your mobile home, you'll need to match it to the flamingos. Give it that tropical look. Big leaved plants, long viney plants, bird baths', a little rock garden thing going on, paint it pink, some of those little wind chimes, some yard decoration like turtles, frogs, snakes, etc. then put it on the market. :)
Now go back to the house that Sweet Qt showed you and use your imagination.

Of course they will! what could be more homey than pink flamingos? I just recently added an old couch in the front yard to increase interest. It sits next to my burning barrel(fire pit),and is weather protected by using 3 old umbrellas duct taped to the sofa. Thank God for duct tape! Peace, from the swamp....

Definitely!
At least you'll make people smile as they drive by.
Someone not to far from here has begun a pink flamingo collection, around one of there trees. I am so tempted to buy a few more, and in the middle of the night, stalk them out so it appears as if more are walking in to join the circle. All in fun luvs, all in fun

Absolutely! However, the biggest seller is ceramic ducks. If you intersperse them between the pink flamingos, you can actually increase your value by up to 25%!!

Yes. So will the rusty chevy up on blocks on your front lawn, the toilet seat on the porch in your back yard and the 50 cats swarming all over. Don't forget to adorn it with the occasional gun rack.

That is so passee now Mojo. What works in this neck of the woods is the wooden figure of a fat woman bending over revealing her bloomers. No respectable trailer owner would be without one.

it won't hurt it if thats what you mean . You should also get 2 or three cars that dont work for deceration as well as a bucket of beer bottles outside the front door. if your trying to compete with nieghbors you need to step it up.
