Is he Man or women. and do people see him differently and if they do, does this prove he's not real?

first off man does not know what God looks like. Secondly man can only tell you a description of an image of God. Thirdlyif you read the Bible it tells you God made man in His image, so when you see all the good that is going on in the world you can say that that is an image of God and could only come from God. If anyone can tell you otherwise then read the Bible because that has all of the answers for just about any question you can think of. Including this one.

Just been reading a selection of answers to this question and what strikes me is that people cannot be objective but start spouting con and pro subjectively.
Please lighten up and be respectiful! It's just a question!
Here's my thoughts: I believe, but cannot prove, that God exists. I don't know what he/she looks like and I don't think it matters. To me God is Love and that can be expressed in many ways, a child smiling at you, someone saying "I love you" or whatever. There, you see, a question answered without any hateful, so smart it hurts ,comments.

What is the color of water?, what is the color of air do u tell me?? Why sun rays touches the water but doesn't get wet??? Do you have any answer???? If you tell me I'll tell you how God look like. My dear brother God is like Energy and energy doesn't have any sex. There are three states of Matter ie. Solid, Liquid and Gaseous. which are known to human being. God is Soul and the State of Soul is just beyond Logic. We can just experience it with the help of our pure Heart. God is beyond our knowledge,beyond our Seances.God is present in our body who tells you what is right and what is wrong. You can eat you cannot digest, you can breath you cannot pump your heart. Who is doing all this things. I can say only Truth is GOD and every other thing is False. May God bless you.

God is not a person, he is energy, a positive force, a conciousness without a body that is everywhere and in everyone and everything.
If you want to see God, look out the window at the trees or the birds singing, or look in the mirror and see your reflection.

There is no God as a separate entity. The concept of God was invented by the leaders of organised religions in order to control the hearts of minds of people.

If you buy in to that myth, then god is the man in the mirror. Every moment of credence you give to the idea is the very fabric of his being. One of the fundamental paradoxes of the big deist religions is the assertion that god made man in his own image. My chosen interpretation is that god IS man's own self image and we are an arrogant overbearing bunch.
Pick a hole in that.

the Muslim teachings tell us that God is light over light. He is magnificent and the people of Paradise will get to see God.
When Moses asked God to show him Himself.. God replied... You cannot see me but look at the mountain, if it can keep still than you will be able to see Me. The mountain broke to pieces when God uncovered just a little. We are unable to see God in this world... but in the hereafter "inshaallah" -- if God wills us to be amongst those who will see Him -- we will....

Nobody knows what God looks like. No he isn't male or female. We God a him because of masculinity but this is something that has happend for thousands of years. If we get to know God then we will all get to know him in similar ways. But its only possible to know him through the Charactor of Jesus Christ.

god does exist but not in human nature god is a spirit. when i turned a christian god´s spirit came running through my blood stream i thought i was having a heart attack. but then i started reaaly getting into christianity and if you believe in god then he will believe in you and that is how you go to heaven when i turned i automatically confessed my sins and today and ever more i feel much better im living my own life now and not someone else´s
