It's muy caliente. And it means, It's very hot. specially if you are speaking about a meal, or the weather.

muy caliente can mean several things, if you are refering to a food its mean that is spice.

If you use it for the weather is mean that is a hot weather.

If u say that for a person means that she/he is sexy, u can also use it to say that person is horny.
