Do any of you get shortness of breath? Like when it's hot etc. How long does it last.... hours, days, etc. Does anyone know anything that might help. I saw a doctor for this and they couldn't find anything. Lungs are as clear as water. Help. This usually lasts about a week for me.

Plus I had tons of second opinions... all say the same thing.

YOU SHOULD SEE ANOTHER/ OTHER DOCTORS ABOUT THIS IF IT PERSIST. THIS COULD BE DUE TO ANY NUMBER OF FACTORS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ACID REFLUX, ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACKS, NERVOUS CONDITION, PULLED MUSCLE, SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH EXERCISE, THE HEAT, LUNGS NOT PULLING IN ENOUGH AIR (CAN TRY DEEP BREATHING FOR THIS), MUSCLE SPASMS, ANEMIA (BLOOD NOT PICKING UP ENOUGH OXYGEN), MAY EVEN BE DUE TO SOME MEDICATION OR OVER THE COUNTER SOMETHING YOU ARE TAKING. OVER-WEIGHT PROBLEM.
I AM GUESSING (ONLY) THAT IF YOU HAVE SEEN A DOCTOR AND HE THOROUGHLY CHECKED YOU FOR ALL SUCH AS NAMED ABOVE, THEN WALKING EACH DAY WOULD BE OF MUCH BENEFIT TO YOU.

Shortness of breath when you're too hot is fairly common. I don't know it it will help or not, but consider a few deep breathing exercises.

By the way, have you been using any dietary/metabolism pills? My grandmother did for a while some years ago, and it messed her over badly. She went from a strong, vital woman able to dig in her gardens and work all day to a lady who can barely make it across her back yard. She is better now, with therapy and oxegen treatments.

Get another (medical) opinion. You may have a heart condition, assuming, of course, that you don't smoke, or have a weight problem. (Or asthma).
