Well I became a Christian when I was little but it was just little kid kind of faith. I didn't feel like I had a personal relationship with God. I went to see a play at my church called Heaven's Gates and Hell's Flames. It was the most scary and happy play I have ever seen! It showed (not nearly good enough) how it would be like in heaven and how it would be in Hell. I cried that night and rededicated my life to the Lord. I would do anything to actually be in that play to bring other people to the Lord. One last thing, a Chinese friend of ours also accepted Christ after seeing that play. Praise the Lord!

I was raised in the church, and I believed, but before I became saved, I married a man who--well let's just say the church and God were not high on his list of priorities. Sad to say, I let him influence me in that direction, but I wasn't really happy. I always felt I was missing something. I just had this emptiness inside that nothing could fill. Eventually, I found out he had been having an affair. I was so depressed (actually considering suicide), but I knew that I had to go on for the sake of our son, who was 10 at the time. I knew in my heart that the answer was to go back to church. I found the love there that I had been missing all my adult life. I chose to forgive my husband, and took him back. He came to church with me for awhile and seemed to have turned his life around, but unfortunately, he went back to his old ways. I couldn't continue like that, and we ended up divorcing in the end. But my faith has gotten me through it, and I'm stronger than ever now. Not to say it's been easy--I still struggle with a lot, but I couldn't have done it without God and the amazing things he has done in my life.

Professor Antony Flew, as quickly as the darling of the atheists, became a theist after years of writing approximately and protecting atheism. Now his former supporters say he's senile and loopy via fact he has embraced a perception that there could be a God. Ageism at its worst, that.

I cannot remember a time that I didn't believe in God. I was raised by parents who were very devout. I grew up knowing how much Jesus loves me. As I've matured my love for Him and appreciation of His sacrifice has grown deeper and more profound. I'm happy that you did have a life-changing experience and have chosen to follow Christ. God bless!

I always believed in God because I was raised that way but I live near Medjugorje (if you know about it) and every time I go there I see many people who experience miracles. You can simply see faith in their eyes. I also saw many people from all over the world that come to Medjugorje as atheist and leave Medjugorje as strong believers. God is everywhere. Maybe in Medjugorje or Lourdes its just easier to notice.

When my father died (I was 14) I went in to a deep depression. The only thing that kept me from "going to the otherside" was the fear of going to hell. I was in a depression for a few years and I finally, gradually, started to come out of it. I believe that was the work of God, because without him I would still be in the same boat.

Walked by a church that had John 3:16 on it. I never knew that God loved. By a week later I accepted that truth

I say faith is contagious, and I met this guy awhile back, and he was so filled with faith that it sort of dragged me in.
