Guys are chicken to make the first move because they are afraid of rejection. Usually a guy will make the first move if the girl is average looking, but if she is more attractive than most girls, then the guy stumbles and mumbles and eventually thinks that the effort isn't worth the possible rejection. If you do your best to look nice most of the time then some guys will think that you look too good and are almost un-approachable. Don't give up, you will find someone, even if you have to make the first move. Good luck

Many Men are intimidated by attractive Women. Plain ole guys like me smile at attractive women, and the usually snarl or roll their eyes back at me. So after a while, they give up.
Another reason, most attractive Women are considered to be unavailable, most guys would not take the chance on finding out. To be honest, it's their loss, especially if it's someone like you.

Yes! At last, a woman who'll make the first move. If I'm single I am afraid of women. When dating someone, there's less pressure for me to be attractive to other women and so it's easy to talk to women.

easy answer her. All hot women have boyfriends or husbands or are just plain out of my league. I lived that motto for years then one day a hot woman was hanging out and another guy pointed out that she hadn't left and she was hitting on me maybe........spent that entire night talking the next two weeks being told that she was out of my league from a guy i worked with and then 9 years later she has been my wife for 7. Attractive women have to be taken is the mindset of most guys. Even more interesting is the hot girls who think they are ugly because guys never talk to them. That is a trip.

men are afraid of smart women because they fear if this woman rejects their friendship, they would be failure. so they just don't take the chance. since you are attractive, this might be the reason. and the more you make the first move, the more intimidating you seem to them.
