Eat less and exercise more. I am sorry to say that that is the ONLY way. Everything else is just details. You can;t lose unless you manage you calorie intake and compare it to your calories burnt on a daily basis.

Take a walk each day to your local library. First trip, look at the dictionary and learn to spell "weight".
